5th November 2012 Sneak as a Kitten

This is an image of a four week old kitten just on solid food. I named him Sneak and still have him.

10th October 2010 Moo as a Joke

Ah, this was a joke I made about Moo, the cat, and I thought it was very funny. Well, I use photographs in my webcomic 'Random Street Theater'.  You tell me, is it funny.

10th October 2010 Moo Profile

Moo, the cat, at profile. If you look closely you can see the cow bell. I have three total images of this animal and this is the last. I have strange hobbies.

10th October 2010 Moo Back

This is Moo's back. I wanted to get a good idea of the pattern of this animal but I grant a photograph of a cat's back isn't all that thrilling. When you love cats as much as I do you like seeing things like this or maybe I'm just crazy.

10th October 2010 Moo

Ah, Moo, the cow cat. This adorable fluff-ball belonged to a person I am no longer friends with, but I liked her so much I named another cat after her.

Early 1980 a Child Forgotten

I believe this is a photo of me as an infant. I've done my best to restore this image, but it's just to far gone. It reminds me of my life, left alone and forgotten.

Turn of the Century

Dating this Image is rather hard as I know I took it on good old fashion film. It could have been 1999 or as late as 2001. I just can't be sure.

4th April 2015 Salt and Pepper

Back when I took this picture I was working at a homeless shelter and found these in the security desk. There was a client sleeping in the lobby who commented that it looked like a Caucasian about to get mugged. Given that the client herself was African American I have to say it was just a coincidence. I took two images of the odd find to document that happening.

17 February 2014 Cat Bite

This folks is what a chupacabra bite looks like. Note the four fang marks. This is also what a cat bite looks like because it's a cat bite. Lucky for me this never got infected, but I learned a lesson.

26th April 2015

Every now and again I take a photo of the bathroom sink to remind myself just how nasty it will get. I can't shave in that mess but then I think I hadn't shaved in a week before I had to clean this up.

Some time in 1995 or 96

That's me as a 16 year old playing Johnathan Brewster from 'Arsenic and Old Lace'. My old man asked for this picture and I don't think he ever saw it, but who knows? It's a horrible picture to be sure.

21st September 2015 Sunset

There are few places where the sunset is so glorious as California. Too bad we have pollution to thank for all that color.

11th May 2012 Kittens

A photograph of my four kittens, two of which I still have, from way back in 2012. There are four fur balls in this picture if you can count them.

11th May 2012 Sneek

This is an image of my cat Sneak at about four weeks. He was an adorable little kitten.

11th May 2009 Richard

This may be my first real try at a selfie taken way back in 2009. Well, I wish I was only this fat now days.

6th April 2015 Patch

Now look at that old laundry detergent bucket. I called this cat Patch and I haven't seen her in a year or so. I hope she found a home. She looked like she belonged to someone.

5th April 2015 Shannon

This is one of three pictures I took of a feral cat I called Shannon. I'm reasonably sure that my neighbors put her down. The fellow who lives across the street from me told me he has a stray cat buried under every rose bush. What is this world coming to? Poor old kitty.

26th March 2013 Pork Chop

Look at that toilet in the background. I was trying to get a picture of this dog for fliers to find his owner. I never found the owner and instead kept the dog. I named him Pork Chop and kept him until he passed away.

9th June 2011 Film

I remember back in the day I had got a load of old cameras in the Canon format and for some reason got a load of the old 35 millimeter film to go with them.  In the end I figured that it wasn't worth paying to have all that old film develops so I made this out of it before dumping them all in the trash. End of an era.

June 1995 Drawing

I recall asking Cindy's boyfriend to draw in my high school yearbook and this was the result. I'm not sure he was thinking clearly when he told me to suck his girlfriend easy but then who was in high school?

21st October 2009 Swift

This was a cat named Swift who disappeared after I had her for a few months. In hind site she had been fixed when I found her and likely found her way back to her original owner.

Some Time in 2003 Nuisance and Trouble

So these are two cat's, Nuisance and Trouble, that belong to my sister. I found this old photograph in my brother's desk. Thing looks like crap and there is nothing I can do about it with my current skills. She took these cats when she moved out without giving me the option to say goodbye. I will never forgive her for that.

4th December 1979 Richard On the Couch

Ah, the days when you could take a picture and not see it right away to know if it came out. I think I still have the camera this was taken on but this blurry image is the first photo of me in my new home. You can see almost nothing of me in this shot. Well, it's better that way.

4th December 1979 Richard

This bizarre tomato like life form is me. This is the very first photograph ever taken of me at the hospital before I was taken home. I can say that I was an ugly, fat, deformed child who's head was trying to eat his ears. You know, like now.

11th May 2011 A Man Alone

Ah, the first image of 'A Man Alone'. I designed this symbol to illustrate the fact that I am alone in my struggles. I changed it some time later to because it was hard to draw appropriately.  Still, I think this is a powerful image.

Richard's Wounds 31st December 2013

It's only right that the first image on this blog is one of the most defining of my life. This is an evidence photo of something that happened to me at work. The cuts, the bruises, those blue eyes, nose hair, and just a hint of dandruff. That's me, that's my life, that's my story.
