This is from a Whittier High School vs Pioneer High School game back in the mid nineties.

This photograph was particularly hard to recover because of it's age and level of damage. It looks like something out of the nineteen seventies, but I believe it to be shot in ninety seven. The titan had just been replaced with this Greek monstrosity.  

I think this is based on the Greek God Dionysus who is a god of wine, theater, and the like. He is not a member of the elder gods known as Titans. 

It says something about a school that has an uneducated depiction for a mascot, but I doubt if the Greeks are offended by this misunderstanding of their culture. 

Titan Stadium in Whittier 1997

This is a football stadium at my old high school. Grass is brown and yellow in parts. I don't know why I took this image but I did, and it fits with the way the school was. The angles represent something being wrong and so there was much wrong about that place.

This is another of the life images I took back in the late nineties. In the right bottom corner you can see part of the back wall behind my house. This is nature being what it is and a property that I believe would look very similar today or in the forty years ago. 

Tree

I recall some time between 1997 and 1998 thinking that I should take images of natural forms so I shot this tree. As an art peace this speaks more to the time when we still used film than to the subject being shot. Well, art is anything intentionally constructed, so you tell me what the art is here.
