Some time in the 1940's

Who is the child in this photograph? Was this my mother? I found this in my mother's photo album but she never lived to show it to me so I will never know. 

This image would be only fitting for the damaged and angry soul of that abused woman who died before her 50th birthday. Life is hard and so must I be, and this torn page will sever as a reminder of the harsh nature of life.

Look at just how torn up this image is. It looks like it's been on the floor for years stepped on and I think those are food stains. Come on people.
